I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-associate with 5 years of experience in mental and behavioral health. I have a Master of Science in Counseling and am a Current Doctoral candidate. I have always enjoyed helping others and am willing to help those who want to improve.
I believe everyone wants to change; some just do not know when and where to start with the decision to reach out for help. A quote by Oprah Winfrey says, “The greatest discovery of all time is that a person can change his future by merely changing his attitude.” I aim to help you reach your goal and make the desired changes in your life.
I have experience working with individuals, families, groups, children, and veterans. I have worked with those facing PTSD, grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, anger management, conflict resolution, criminal justice issues, and co-occurring disorders, including substance use and abuse. I am trained to use multiple treatment modalities to suit the experience of everyone best. I work with everyone regardless of race, sex, religion, income, or sexual orientation.
